Dara will work full time at TCB as President, Marketing & Customer Experience / General Manager, leveraging her expertise in operations, sales and marketing, staff management and customer relations.
Dara will be responsible for the marketing strategy and the day to day oversight and execution of the build-out and launch.
Adrian’s love for craft beer started during his time in the US Army while stationed in Germany. He has been a homebrewer for ~10 years. Inspired by German quality beer and community focused ‘beer gardens’ from his time in Germany, as well as more recent examples in the US, he has been planning a brewery / taproom concept for several years.
Patrick has 16+ years of professional brewing experience, after numerous years of award winning homebrewing prior. He is firmly grounded in the science of brewing, with a strong biology background, He began his career as a Researcher, completing graduate and post-doctoral work in Marine Sciences and Biology. He has hands on brewing experience at several award-winning breweries with a focus on quality and innovation, including Titanic Brewery & Restaurant (Miami, FL), Santa Cruz Mountain Brewery (Santa Cruz, CA) and most recently at Figueroa Mountain Brewing (multiple CA locations).
Patrick’s passion is to build a community around well-crafted beer brewed with integrity and innovation. As a quality focused brewing scientist, he desires to both master core styles and explore novel flavors and fermentations.
